Children are Like Hatchling Sea Turtles:
Both Face Uncertain Futures

Finding a Purpose

When sea turtles hatch, they instinctively head for the ocean to fulfill their purpose in life.

The big difference?

Most children get help as they enter the world but children are born without a built-in purpose. They need to discover their purpose, a reason, to succeed in life.

Orphans often have to 'go it alone' falling behind those with parents or caregivers.  Their lives are often complicated by mental health issues.

Volunteers can make a huge difference in the lives of those who were unlucky in life

Show your reverence for life. Help rescue a child by becoming a Registered Volunteer. We'll figure out how you can joind us to help us make a difference.

Our Registered Volunteers are like hatchling turtle volunteers, helping children and young people to survive, strive, and thrive.

Many give time to help others.
Some give donations to help those with time to give.

Individuals have  the opportunity to volunteer and earn Rewards points which can be used to purchase items from our Bazaar company store, giving them something back for their hard work.

Our mission is to create an inclusive environment where everyone is celebrated for their contributions to society. For our Sponsors, we provide special recognition for their community support in helping those who are making a difference.

We are proud to offer a searchable database  so donors can track their specific donation. We invite you to explore our site to learn more about us, our mission and how to get involved in giving back.

"We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.' - Winston Churchill.

"What is the true meaning of 'living life'?

When we discover our purpose, we find that the meaning of life is simply to live toward our chosen purpose. Once we find our purpose, we then have a reason to live and remain alive." ... Anon.

Bluebird Awards purpose is helping Covid orphan children and young people find their purpose in life. A worldwide army of volunteers can make a difference for over 5,000,000 Covid orphans. Compassionate volunteers with available time and generous donors can unite to cure heartbreak. We cannot help everyone, but we can make a difference for some.

What does living the life mean?

Living life to the fullest means continually reaching out for newer, richer, deeper, life-changing experiences. It means using those experiences as a means for personal growth and pushing the boundaries of yourself mentally, spiritually, and intellectually for the betterment of yourself and the world at large. Our mission is to enable Covid orphans to better manage their mental health and enjoy life.

Pay me now or pay me later applies to mental health as well. Investing in good mental health now is preventative medicine.

Invest in mental health for teens now or society pays the price later.

“Volunteers help baby turtles thrive. Despite challenges, they ensure hatchlings reach the ocean. At Bluebird Awards, we encourage volunteers to make a purposeful difference for vulnerable children and teenagers, helping children find their purpose.”
