Each organization complements the other perfectly. Both organizations work to help families and children affected by the loss of courageous and heroic loved ones.
Bluebird Awards supports youth and children's mental health. Healthcare worker's lost to Covid-19 in addition to first responders, are urged to Apply.
"Health care worker means a person other than a health care professional who provides medical, dental, or other health-related care or treatment under the direction of a health care professional with the authority to direct that individual's activities, including medical technicians, medical assistants, dental assistants, orderlies, aides, and individuals acting in similar capacities."
Bluebird Awards include health care professionals in its eligibility criteria as well as police and firefighters.
First Responders Children’s Foundation provides financial support to children who have lost a parent in the line of duty as well as families enduring significant financial hardship due to tragic circumstances.
